Step 2  We provide your goods list's price  shipping fee .

Step 3 confirm order and shipping fee.then payment and delivered shipping.

We will send your goods out  after your payment all fee,for air tracking number will be provided after that. Shipping fees depends on the weight of your items.

For Express Mail Service ( EMS ), which takes 5-12 business days to almost any country in the world, the handling fee is $12 for each purchase. You can track on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp.

For USA buyer, you can track on www.usps.com. Usually the tracking number will be trackable on these sites in 1 to 2 days after we ship the goods.

If you need to ship by DHL or UPS, please contact our sales representative online first and let them calculate the shipping fees. It's higher than EMS in general.

We ship all of our goods from the factory directly, which is located in Shenzhen ,China.

In order to prevent any fraudulent activity we always double-check account details especially if the shipping address is different to the billing address. So if you are a new drop-shipping customer, please make sure that your paypal account is verified.

If your customers experience any technical difficulties, or want to return goods purchased, they must first contact you as the rchobbybase Account holder as well as the vendor of their purchased goods.
